I’ve been hinting for a while now about a special little project I’m working on over here, and the truth is, there’s actually more than one and it’s not so little. It might be a few more months until I can divulge all of the details and spill the beans, but part of the the preparation had me craving some creativity during the off season. So a few months ago I reached out to my Instagram followers looking for a few couples to get dressed up and spend an afternoon with me. When Sophie reached out saying that her and Joe would love to help, I couldn’t say no! You might recognize them as one of our 2017 couples and I have been lucky enough to shoot their engagement session and wedding day so having them in front of the camera again was an extra special treat!
If you’re like us over here on the East Coast, you might be feeling the pain of never ending winter (storm #4 in the last 3 weeks is headed our way in the next 24 hours). My original plan for some beautiful outdoor pictures go derailed twice before we landed on Longwood Gardens, which ironically is right where we photographed their engagement session too! There’s something so magical about getting to capture the same couple multiple times, while watching their love grow through different stages of their relationship! Thank you Sophie and Joe for allowing me to bring you in on this special little project =)
